Anne Dudek

Anne Louise Dudek (born August 25, 1970) is an American actor from the United States. Her most well-known role is her role as Tiffany Wilson from the 2004 movie White Chicks Danielle Brooks of the USA Network series Covert Affairs and as Dr. Amber Volakis of the Fox show House. Anne Dudek has gained fame as an American actress for portraying Tiffany Wilson in White Chicks which was a comedy from 2004. In addition, she has been credited for roles on television, such as The Dr. Amber Volakis on Fox's House, Danielle Brookson on the USA Network's Covert Affairs, and Lura Grant in the HBO series Big Love. Dudek, who was raised in Massachusetts she attended Northwestern University and got her very first role as an actor as a part-time actress in The Iphigenia Cycle. She was awarded The Joseph E. Caloway Award for her performance that stood out during the New York City production. American Theater Magazine also featured Dudek in their list of 10 actors in the theatre who must be followed. Dudek landed roles both on the big screen and television. She is a talented actress who has a daughter of two, was married from 2008 until 2016 to Matthew Heller. Dudek was born in Boston Massachusetts on March 22 1975 but was raised in Newton. Early in her life, Dudek attended Northwestern University and appeared in a variety of theater productions. Dudek's Broadway debut was in Wrong Mountain on Broadway in 2000. In the following year, she received the Connecticut Critics Circle Award in appreciation of her performance in The Glass Menagerie. The Book Group in Britain was her debut appearance on TV. She has also guest starred in a variety of other TV series including Desperate, Housewives and How I Met Your Mother and Friends Charmed Bones. In the pilot of Psych she appeared as Lucinda as well as on Law & Order Criminal Intent the female teacher who was in a homosexual relationship and a fellow student. Dudek landed her first recurring role in House as Amber Volakis. Her character was among the forty doctors that Dr. Gregory House considered for regular roles in his team. The House's Heart and Head two-part season finale her character was eliminated. She would later reappear in the form of a hallucination created during the episode House in the fifth season episode Saviors later appearing in the same way for the rest in the entire season. Dudek was later seen on Mad Men playing the antagonistic neighbors of Alby grant, Francine Hanon. In 2010 Dudek joined the cast of Covert Affairs portraying Danielle Brooks the sister of the central character. Her other film roles include Tiffany Wilson (the cruise-line's heir) in White Chicks (2004) and Anthony Hopkins' daughter in The Human Stain.
